Nearly 700 Teams Already Registered for One of the Nation’s Fastest-Growing Grass Volleyball Events

HENDERSONVILLE, TN — Out of System and Waupaca Boatride are proud to announce the return of the Smashville Grass Volleyball Tournament, taking place Memorial Day Weekend, May 23–24, 2026, at Drakes Creek Soccer Fields in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Now entering its highly anticipated second year, Smashville 2026 has rapidly grown into one of the premier grass volleyball tournaments in the country, with nearly 700 teams already registered ahead of the May 15 registration deadline.

Hosted by volleyball lifestyle brand Out of System — founded by professional volleyball standouts Joe Worsley, Gage Worsley, and Micah Ma’a — alongside the legendary Waupaca Boatride tournament organization, Smashville combines elite-level competition with the energy and entertainment of a true destination weekend.

The tournament will feature divisions for:

• Men’s & Women’s Triples

• Men’s & Women’s Doubles

• Adult Co-Ed Quads

• Junior Co-Ed Quads

Competition begins Saturday morning with play continuing throughout the weekend. Organizers expect athletes and spectators from across the United States to travel to the Nashville area for the event.

Beyond the volleyball action, Smashville 2026 will deliver a full festival atmosphere featuring:

• Food trucks

• Beer garden

• Live entertainment

• Official before and after parties

• Vendor activations and sponsor experiences

The event follows the success of the inaugural Smashville tournament, which immediately established itself as one of the South’s largest grass volleyball events. Organizers anticipate continued growth as registration approaches capacity.
