 You’ve been invited to train in a high-level live play environment alongside the top 2027 setters in the country. This is an invite-only opportunity for elite attackers and defensive specialists to compete, train, and be evaluated in a national-level setting.

  Daily Schedule (both days):

  • Session 1: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Break: Midday recovery / athlete lunch provided

  • Session 2: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  Athletes are expected to attend both sessions on both days.

The 1% Elite Setter Combine is a five day national development and evaluation experience designed to identify and challenge the top setters in the 2027 class. Hosted in Knoxville, Tennessee on May 30 to 31, 2026 for the live 6v6 portion, this registration is for Outside Hitters, Opposites, Middle Blockers, and Liberos invited to compete during the final two days of the event. The first three days are exclusively dedicated to setter training, evaluation, and competition. The week culminates in high level 6v6 play where setters run full offenses in real time and are evaluated on leadership, decision making, tempo control, offensive IQ, and competitive poise. A winner of the 1% Elite Setter Combine is selected at the conclusion of the event based on performance and impact throughout the week. Invited position players will take live reps in structured drills, compete in fast tempo college style systems, and help create a true game environment alongside elite high school and select collegiate athletes.

Led by Out of System, the event is staffed by elite coaches and former high level players including Nicklin Hames of the University of Nebraska, Maddie Waak of Texas A&M, Stella Swenson of the University of Minnesota, TJ Sanders of the Canada Olympic Team and Vakifbank, Kassie O'Brien of the University of Kentucky, Nayelis Cabello of the University of Louisville, Anthony Cockrill of SMU, Joe Worsley of the University of Hawaii and Program Director, and Micah Ma'a of the USA Olympic Team and UCLA. The event will be professionally filmed as part of the 1% media and docuseries rollout, with live 6v6 sessions and behind the scenes coverage distributed across Out of System and 1% digital platforms. Athletes can expect a serious, high performance environment, national level exposure, and the opportunity to compete alongside and against the top setters in the country while being part of one of the most competitive high school volleyball environments in the nation.
